1. Agreement

By accessing the OSK website or joining the waitlist you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These Terms are between you and OSK Devices ("OSK," "we," "us").

2. The service

OSK is a kitchen inventory and food-waste reduction platform currently in pre-launch. We offer a waitlist for early access. The full application, including inventory tracking, expiration alerts, and recipe recommendations, will be available at a future date.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any paid or free tier of OSK. We reserve the right to modify launch plans, pricing, and availability at any time. Waitlist members will be notified of material changes by email.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use OSK for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
• Reproduce or redistribute any OSK content without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the OSK website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to OSK Devices and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. User content

When the OSK app launches, any data you enter (food items, quantities, notes) remains yours. You grant OSK a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Disclaimers

OSK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recipe or expiration information is accurate. Recipe suggestions are for convenience only — always use your own judgment regarding food safety.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSK Devices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing via the link in any email we send you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email.
